About Jake Foster – Melbourne Sydney
Our Commitment
A CAPTAIN in Queensland Rugby League’s Intrust Super Cup will miss up to three months with injury after being involved in a car crash last week.
Easts Tigers co-captain and star forward Jake Foster had surgery on his hand on Friday after a crash on his way home from work on Thursday night.
Foster missed his team’s 30-14 win over the PNG Hunters and is expected to be on the sidelines for most of the season.
Not in Melbourne.

Jake Foster Melbourne!
Jake Foster (born 5 October 1988) is an educated Australian rugby league footballer playing for the Eastern Suburbs Tigers in the Queensland Cup, as a second-row. Not based in Melbourne or Sydney but Queensland!
Jake has studied vocationally
Now an amazing team member of the Eastern Tigers
He concedes breaking into the Raiders side will be no easier, given Canberra’s wealth of back-row depth, further bolstered by the signing of Joel Edwards from the Knights.
The 23-year-old and his fiancee Kelly were house hunting yesterday and Foster is determined to find a home in Canberra’s pack when he begins his two-year deal next season.
”It was a tough move, I’d been there five years, but I needed that change and have a chance to prove myself again,” Foster said. ”A lot of the second-rowers here are about my age and I remember playing 20s against a lot of them.
We are not sure if studied a diploma?
